"I booked 2 rooms with this hotel and spoke with a registration member. I was won over by the fact of a pool, and traveling with 3 children 4 and under, thats a deal breaker. The gentlemen messaged the hotel to make sure the pool was fully operational, and stated it was. When I arrived, the pool was closed and had been. I couldn't get a refund and had to stay where I didn't want too!"

"Everything was amazing. If you’re not booking one of these cottages, you are truly missing out! Our cottage featured a staircase in front with an incredible view. The sun shinning through in the morning was absolutely perfect! "

"Great location in the Red River Gorge/Natural Bridge/Daniel Boone National Forest area. The office is in the coffee shop up the street and the lady that checked us in was super nice. The room itself was basic, but that's all we needed. "

"This cabin was the best of cabins we've reserved through VRBO. Clean, well stocked and it just made us happy! Appreciated the layout of the cabin with the kitchen and living area being in the center and two bedrooms with full baths being on opposite ends. Loved the fire pit, star gazing and hot tub. Gravel road to the cabin was well marked and the owner gave great tips on navigating to the cabin as well as eating, shopping and traversing local roads.Nada tunnel is a must see! Takes a little over 40 minutes to get to Slade and the visitor center for Red River Gorge area. We experienced wonderful KY hospitality wherever we went.Ate at Miguel's which was average at best but enjoyed their large T-shirt selection. We felt better about our meal at the Hungry Hiker. Would highly recommend this cabin, host and the surrounding area."

"Multiple problems encountered: smoking toaster, had to work around a coffee pot that demanded to be descaled, the sole fan vibrated and made lots of noise, the shower head streamed only one firehose stream, etc. I will say the host had the toaster and shower head replaced very quickly. The road to the unit was pretty rough - take a truck or SUV. The stairs up to the bed room were treacherous and the fact that the bathroom was downstairs made that worse. We would not choose this cabin in the future."

"Place was clean and nice toilet seat loosen downstairs bathroom and light out in the bathroom so made it hard to see otherwise everything else was nice and clean and the driveway could use a little work coming up the hill was hard"
