"It’s kind of hard to ask for towels, and then be questioned about it. The stay was fine except our room was never cleaned. I didn’t realize that’s a thing you have to actually request, your room to get cleaned. For the price we pay you’d think the room would just be cleaned."

"Super cozy hotel not too far from Syracuse campus. Staff was lovely, but because of the hotels location, we could hear traffic and street noise all night long. Additionally the hotel is under construction which is good in the long run, but in the shott run challenging to navigate "

"Very disappointed with this hotel stay. For $325 per night the room was extremely dirty — there were stains on surfaces, dust everywhere, and even a dirty rag left by the door when we arrived. The TV also wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. I would not stay here again."

"Very loud. Rooms echo. People running down halls, talking loudly and a car in the lot kept honking and honking and honking. Place has on overall odor; not a good or bad odor, but the odor of like a family’s home. Not what a hotel should smell like though. "

"The staff was very nice. Slow checking in when we arrived , but they were very friendly. The room was clean, but renovations would help a lot. The ceiling has was looked like cooking oil stains. The bed was very comfortable. The hot water in the shower was touchy. It was very noisy. You could hear every time a door in the hall opened and closed."
