"We did a quick staycation for our 44th anniversary at the Tempe Westin, a very nice place to stay with an awesome staff ( especially the cafe waitress Ella!) Rooms were comfortable and clean, Thank you and we will be back soon!"

"Big mistake booking this hotel on a night we needed sleep. If you love the sound of traffic or like to watch it go by 20 feet out your window then it’s great. Otherwise skip this spot."

"My reservation was canceled by the hotel the day of my stay. I’ve stayed numerous times at this location. Most recently, I was critical of the cleanliness of the pool area, equipment not working properly, and poor customer service. After my review, I was told that the hotel could not meet my expectations and they would no longer accept my reservations. It would have been easier to simply: 1. Clean pool 2. Repair hot tub 3. Repair BOTH ice machines 4. Clean trash from common areas and parking lot 5. Actually SPEAK to me about my concerns. I sent a letter to the owner and apparently they do no want constructive criticism. I asked twice to speak to manager and no one called me back. This owner and manager should be ashamed. I plan to write them again and voice my concerns on Every Rating and travel platform. I’ll be reaching out to Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce as well. It’s a shame. This was once a regal and great place to stay. "

"Everything was in line with the price point. The AC was cold, it felt safe, and it was priced right. Maintenance doesn’t appear to be a high priority. If you need luxury, new carpets, a real workout room, or anything more than a bed, this isn’t for you. I was disappointed that the breakfast was visibly burnt, fruit wasn’t close to ripe, and it was really limited in condiments like ketchup. "
