For a Marriot name to be shown at the hotel, it does not have good cleanliness practices, the room carpet has big stains, and it shows evident signs of needing to be replaced.

This hotel needs a complete makeover the drain in the shower wasn’t working, the wifi didn’t Connect, the breakfast was served in plastic and there was no recycling options.

If anything, our only complaint was there was no fridge in the room and the ice machine was broken. The doorman offered to find us ice but the restaurant took care of us...great place to eat, btw. Beds were very hard for our liking but we survived.

The hotel is walking distance from the terminal bus station which was a plus. There are restruant just on the side of hotel.pharmacy, convience store are right around the corner.The air conditioner is very cool.I like that it has an extra latch to lock door from the inside to be safer

2 of 3 rooms had trash on the floor from previous customers. 1 of the 3 had the toilet completely movable (not sealed to the floor) and would clog easily. We had to inform the front desk three times of the clogs before they even offered to send maintenance. We stayed there for 4 nights 5 days so that was extremely inconvenient and we obviously demanded a room change after the 3rd occurrence. We previously requested a room change but were turned down because of room availability. Overall we definitely were disappointed and would never return to this hotel nor the line itself.
