"Stayed in room A211 on the new building, dont know if its finished yet, but needs to be soundproofed ASAP, you can hear all the other rooms conversations,snoring, got no proof but im pretty sure I heard when someone in the bathroom grabbed a piece of toilet paper and cleaned his/her areas(new trauma unlocked).Also if in the other room turn on the lights it will illuminate yours. Great staff, great potential!"

"So much to say: first off there was no indication from Expedia that this hotel was located on the 4th floor of a hospital! You have to pay for parking per hour. Our room had only 3 bath towels (we had a family of 5, with room accommodating up to 6 people). When the water wouldn’t get cold to fill our water bottles we went to the fountain and it was out of service. We went to the ice machine and it wasn’t working. Went to raise the blinks when we arrived and a big metal thing landed on my hand. AC was blasting and the blankets were paper thin. "

"The home is beautiful. Stairs to the bedroom is a little scary very narrow, but other than that great home. Just wish more bedding would have been provided for additional beds. Would rent again. "

"Stayed for 2 nights. The shower wasn’t our favorite but otherwise it was a nice place. The rooftop was beautiful. When I had issues getting in, I called the host and he answered quickly. Took us a minute to figure out parking but that was typical for San Juan. 20 minutes from old San Juan and Ubers were affordable (we were advised to avoid driving in old San Juan)"

"This is an excellent location, only 20 minutes tops to airport. The amenities were awesome and we enjoyed the pool so much. We visited the entire island and being situated next to a main road was helpful. Ingrid was very communicative and made suggestions on places to visit. Check in and check out were easy. "
