Very hard bed with plastic mattress protector which was very hot and noisy with every movement, aircon not working, bathroom extraction not working. Room clean and large.

Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful.

We had a lake view room which was comfortable, if small and ‘tired’.
Although this may well have been a palace at one point, the hotel is now long past its prime. Breakfast was fine. Would not recommend nor would I stay here again.

"Overall it was a lovely stay. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. I also loved that they offered fresh juices, which is not something many places offer. I think the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishing as they are quite dated. I also think the hotel should definitely be fitted ..."
