Be aware that there is NO ELEVATOR for the family rooms (3 bed accommodation) - we were sent across the street and we had to carry all of our suitcases up a narrow flight of stairs. My husband has bad knees and needed the elevator. The front desk just said that they were overbooked and couldn’t do anything for us and that at least it was on the second floor! The bathroom shower has no adequate door and the floor floods every time it is used.
Their restaurant and bar are closed. The front desk staff is rude and completely unhelpful.
I have to say the room was comfortable and location was perfect to walk to any area for shopping , restaurants etc. thankfully we were there only two nights. We would not stay there again.

"Damn expensive hotel in which to spend the night, but worth the stress busting luxury of strolling across to the terminal when catching an early morning flight out of the EU. Very quiet.
