small staircase that takes to the basement floor. It has an exclusive
courtyard with outdoor shower, which is very useful after a day at the
beach.
The holiday home consists of a large living room with sofa bed for 2 guests, dining area and kitchenette, 2 basic double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The air conditioning is in the living room.

di Silvia is a basic but cozy apartment, ideal for holidays near the
sea. It`s in Pescoluse, well-known seaside location near Salve, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches and awarded crystal clear sea.
In
Pescoluse, seaside location, there are many restaurants and cafès, but
also mini-markets, newsstand, tobacco shops, pharmacy and so much more.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
