On the mezzanine level, a large kitchen-living room features two sofa beds and the first bathroom. On the lower level, which is bright and airy, there are three double bedrooms, each with access to private inner courtyards, and a second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Outside, the spacious patio with a sea view is covered by a wooden gazebo and equipped with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower.

The house is nestled in the natural beauty of Salento, perfect for a rejuvenating holiday. Located across from the renowned Le Maldive del Salento beach and surrounded by lush Mediterranean scrub, the house offers sweeping ocean views and an authentic atmosphere with fig trees, wild prickly pears, rosemary, and capers nearby.

On the mezzanine level is a spacious kitchen-living room, fully equipped and furnished with two comfortable sofa beds, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The area is served by a large air conditioner that ensures a cool environment even on the hottest days. A first bathroom with a shower is available on this floor.

On the lower floor, which is bright and airy, there are three spacious double bedrooms, each with direct access to private inner courtyards. Here, too, a large air conditioner ensures maximum comfort. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine for added convenience.

The outdoor space is the highlight. A spacious, raised patio covered by an elegant wooden gazebo invites you to enjoy the ocean view and spend pleasant evenings outdoors. A table, chairs, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower complete the area, making it perfect for al fresco dining.

The villa is located 300 metres from the beach—which features both a public and a fully equipped section—and can be reached on foot via a path in just 5 minutes.
The centre of Pescoluse is just 900 metres away, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle while still having all amenities available within a few seconds by car.

Since it’s on a private street, street parking is always available and free for more than one car, but you can also park a car inside the gate.
Other things to keep in mind
For purely hygienic reasons, bed linens and towels are not provided. Pillows are provided, however.
