This was an unusual property but the digital operations worked fairly well until the check out process which I think needs to be thought through a little more. The free storage lockers was super generous and appreciated and the tea and coffee in the locker area is a very nice touch. The room was very comfortable and the sink being outside the bathroom was a good idea. The storage area was very good. All round happy and would look at Zuma again.

Overall a great stay! The code system Numa uses is very efficient and safe for accessing our room and various parts of the building. Comfortable room & bed. We also loved the laundry room to clean some of our clothes. A bit of a walk from the main part of the city, but the price reflects this. There is an amazing breakfast place called Idealist nearby. Our check in was slightly delayed due to our room not being cleaned on time which is the only reason for not giving 5 stars.

The room was modern, very clean and spacious. It’s a 20 min walk to town on busy streets. The building sits on a main road in an industrial area and is very noisy. Not possible to open windows for air die yo noise. Host does not respond when cal or text. You choose.

Good room. The bus stops right in front, not far from the main station. Laundry was easy and convenient, and access to towels and supplies was very nice. Quiet and 2 blocks from a market, some restaurants close.

The property is modern and very clean. It was convenient to have laundry on site. The neighbourhood is a bit industrial, but we found a couple of very good restaurants close by. The bus to the heart of Salzburg stops at the front door, so it was quite convenient. You can also walk to the old town and the palace, as it isn't far but, unfortunately, it rained most days of our visit to Salzburg so the bus limited our time outside.
