Lovely owners. A little distance from the ski lift but regular bus or short walk was fine. Very comfortable and good restaurant. Recommended.

Good quality hotel
Great location next to the ski bus stop. The hotel manager and his wife were very friendly and helpful when there was a problem with the ski lift operations.

We had an OK stay however we felt the hotel was too busy and there were too many people at the swimming pool/sitting area - there was no social distancing going on - so we didn't feel comfortable about using this facility, which was why we decided to book to stay there in the first place, so that was frustrating! The staff were nice, not very communicative however. The biggest problem however was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms - our room also had a room which got the afternoon/evening sun - it was like a sauna - overnight it was very difficult to sleep in such hot conditions. We also had the world's smallest toilet. However our bathroom had a bath so it was a nice luxury to draw a bath in the morning and open the windows to see the beautiful scenery. Dinner in the eve was nice, service was good, food good but portions a bit small, prices in line with the area. Overall nice enough and in a quite location, but it felt small and claustraphobic inside - wouldn't stay here again.

The accomdation and staff and the meals we had were lovely, we cant fault anything other than the cost of breakfast was a bit high but thats a minor thing, but we were charged local taxes when paying but the e mail from yourselves said included taxes, other than that it was fantastic and we will be back next year to try the self catering when we go skiing, regards Kevin and Wendy Whitlocke

Surprising amount of space in studio for 2. Well equipped kitchenette, lovely bath, comfortable bed! Huge balcony with a little late afternoon sun in February!

We went for a short skiing holiday. The hotel facilities were good, although the swimming pool was smaller than it seemed from photos. Clean rooms and decent bathroom/wc recently refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff. Good dining room with good selection of regional dishes.

Great hotel in Samoens
Stayed for four nights for a ski holiday. Really lovely hotel, great people working there, great spa facilities (Hot tub, Sauna, Steam room), delightful decoration. Great food in the hotel restaurant - a little pricey but that's France for you if you're British with pounds in your pocket.

Perfect stay at best Hotel in Samoens
Stayed here for 2 nights with wife and son independently before cycling holiday starting from same hotel. Immaculate clean rooms and very comfortable. Nice facilities including indoor/outdoor pools. Great breakfast. Wifi ok but could be faster. Lovely owners and staff. Hope to go back.

Très bel hôtel, chaleureux, propre, le personnel et les propriétaires sont très agréables, disponibles et intentionnés. Nôtre chambre double était spacieuse, propre avec un grand balcon. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres et salle de bain bien équipées. ( peignoirs, pantoufles, serviettes de bain et panier pour aller à la piscine….) Les équipements de l hotel sont supers, la piscine avec le toboggan est très belle, dommage que la température de Bleau soit un peu fraîche. Nous sommes allés profiter du spa, avec bain à remous, hammam, sauna… superbe ! Nous avons mangé le soir au restaurant les plats sont très bons, nous y avons mangé une tartiflette et de la truite c’était excellent. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien, beaucoup de choix, un plateau de fromage, de la charcuterie, des œufs, des viennoiseries, fruits… de quoi combler tout le monde. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre séjour avec nos filles de 20 et 18 ans.
