Everything was fine. The rooms are clean, warm, and functional. Well stocked kitchen utensils, nice showers, communal areas were good. Check in was painful and it was like they were surprised that people showed up. It all took too long and there were only two people for a hotel full of guests. Can’t say any of it is bad, but can’t say anything excelled either. Nice staff though.

Great location, nice apartment

We have really enjoyed our stay at the MMV Samoens residence. Location close to Grand Massif Express is a winning point. Great service for the children, you can register for them to be brought to their ski lesson in the morning, giving yourself some freedom with your ski plan. Shops within walking destination!

Very family friendly. Need to improve the instructions of getting there by public transport. All in all a very well situated place, clean and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice pool and saunas, could warm up the pool water… Soaps and shampoo - its a shame that they are not included. Recommended for a ski trip.

On my 17th attempt calling to add parking to my booking, the lady told me I have indoor parking and it will be €65 to pay tomorrow. When I arrived to check in they were rude and told me that I have outdoor parking and it is €95. They completely denied anything they said on the phone. The room is fine other than the easyJet style furnishings. Also some of the beds were not made, you had to put the duvet cover on yourself, hostel style. So odd. Other than that, it’s close to the gondola. It’s fine if you aren’t planning to spend much time there.

Fin lejlighed med balkon og fin plads. Der var godt med service i køkkenet. Der kunne dagligt bestilles brød i receptionen. Der var knap 500m gang til skilift som førte os direkte op til Grand Massif. Og knap 500m til byens centrum med restauranter. Alt fungerede - Godt og hyggeligt.
