"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"Although the hotel is a little bit outside the city center, getting around was never an issue—taxis are easy to book through local apps and arrive quickly. The room was modern, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Sofia. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and highly professional. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a quiet, stylish stay with reliable service and easy access to transportation. Highly recommended. "
