The hotel was beautiful and I had a wonderful experience overall, a staff member made it really hard in the beginning to enjoy the stay due to a mistake that cost me one of my rooms for one night, so from 3 nights, i enjoyed 2 , the mistake was that the hotel gave a room i payed 300$ dollars for, to someone else, and they only returned half 1/2 of the money for the night, resulting in a loss of 345Q wich translates to around $50
Wich is a win for the hotel & a loss for me the customer, be weary of communication before arriving so you don’t have to go through the same inconvenience
