"Hotel e receptivo maravilhosos. O Atendimento de toda equipe foi fantástica com destaque para a Andrea e Andrés.
Já na recepção de chegada fomos surpreendidos com toalhas refrescantes de drink de flor da Jamaica delicioso.
Não havíamos conseguido reserva o restaurante mais disputado da região mas eles com toda dedicação conseguiram uma reserva para nós, isso sem dúvida foi o Wow de uma experiência.
O Hotel é lindo, super limpo e muito acolhedor. Até hoje foi o melhor lugar que nos hospedamos....

"Llegamos en el Chatet a las 9 pm. Llamamos, sonamos la campana pero no había nadie. Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio. En el día seguinte por la mañana solo encontramos empanado y café que se vendían por los...

"The breakfast was made to order and excellent, best complementary breakfast we have had. Fresh mango juice and sliced pineapple for each guest and wonderful coffee.
Wonderful cook preparing as guests order, so fresh made and not sitting in a warmer and breakfast is served at your table within minutes. Indoor seating and outdoor seating is provided or eat in the lounge are or in the comfortable seating in the patio/ pool area. "
