Primary bedroom suite is approx 650sf. Gourmet kitchen. Three bedrooms and two baths on one level.

The house is in the village of Ross, nestled within walking distance to charming towns of San Anselmo, Ross, Larkspur, and San Rafael in beautiful Marin County. Marin's only Michelin star restaurant Madcap 4 blocks away, plus Bib Gourmands and many notables. 2 blocks to Ross Common & downtown San Anselmo.

Close to ocean beaches, within a 20 minute drive of San Francisco, and 30 minutes to Sonoma and Napa.. superior location. Miles and miles of hiking and biking trails down the street.
