The few people in the lobby had no clue how to check in customers from abroad and it can take hours to be admitted into the property. There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside. The person at the condo gate was not helpful and the hotel (for access bracelets) didn't have the information. Clean"
