BUNGALOW WITH WONDERFUL VIEWS AND LARGE TERRACE

Brand new luxury designer bungalow with a terrace of 130 square meters, with barbecue. Living room connected to the terrace, as well as two rooms, the main one with a bed of 150 meters and the other with two single beds. Bathroom with large dressing room. 49-inch smart TV Air conditioning, nespresso, baby cot and baby chair on request. Extraordinary views of the golf course and dunes of Maspalomas. Parking space, community pool, gym and playground. Reception service 24 hours a day.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, nespresso machine, toaster, orange juicer and all the tools you may need. Modern Bosch washing machine, hair dryer and clothes iron. The rooms have shutters to rest. It also has a barbecue with the right utensils for cooking. The bungalow was renovated in January 2018, designed by a prestigious interior architect. The terrace has a dining area that joins the living room, a Chile out area with shower and spectacular views and a garden area.

Guests are offered free daily breakfast at the "Vista Bonita" Restaurant.

Die Beschreibung und die Bilder dieses Objektes sind wohl etliche Jahre alt und entsprechen bei weitem nicht dem aktuellen Stand. Die Renovierung liegt mehrere Jahre zurück. Vieles ist verschlissen und defekt. Ungepflegte äussere Terasse. Und der TEXT: MIT FRÜHSTÜCK INKLUSIVE....auf der anderen Strassenseite im Hotel gibt es schon seid Jahren nicht mehr... Wir .4 Erwachsene werden hier nicht mehr buchen. Hier 1800 für 2 Wochen und nebenan ist die Monatsmiete 1000 im Monat. Dafür haben wir gemäß der Anzeigenbeschreibung nicht das erhalten, was angeboten wurde. Positiv: Incl. Abschließbaren Parkplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im Supermarkt gegenüber. Schöner sauberer Gemeinschaftspool. Gepflegte Wohnanlage ringsherum. Gut gelegen...Hollidayworld ist auch zu Fuss gut errechbar.
Aussendusche mit Unkraut und ohne Brausekopf. Tropft Tag und Nacht. War so nicht nutzbar.
Das versteht man unter Frühstück für 4 Personen für 14 Tage.Welches wir erst am 5ten Tag nach unserer Beschwerde erhalten hatten! Die Anzeige mit Frühstück im Restaurant gegenüber ist seid Jahren nicht mehr möglich !
Die Aussicht ist excellent ! SUPER Klasse 5 *****
Das Holzparkett ist teilweise defekt , nicht gestrichen und vergammelt und an vielen Stellen waren die Hölzer gebrochen.

Heerlijk verbijf

Er was een misvatting over het inbegrepen ontbijt, maar dat is niet inbegrepen. Geen probleem: aan de overkant is een supermarkt. Het appartement is groot en prima vertoeven. Ruim terras en prachtig uitzicht.

Sehr schöner Bungalow

Der Bungalow ist sehr schön modern eingerichtet und die Terrasse ist klasse. Die Sicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Es ist alles da was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Leider hört man Straße sehr laut und auch der Nachbarbungalow ist im Haus laut zu hören. Die Parksituation ist sehr schlecht, wir haben zum Glück nach Nachfragen einen Parkplatz bekommen. Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt gehabt
