With spacious outdoor areas of over 200 m2, this beautiful house divided into 3 floors, is ideal for families, couples, friends and business trips, as it has 600mb Fibre Wifi, desk, work area and air conditioning, designed for teleworking. With 4 large double bedrooms, all with air conditioning except one. Three of them are located on the main floor, two of which have a double bed and the third has a trundle bed and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom, located on the top floor of the house, has a double bed and a cot. This floor also has a bathroom with shower, a small kitchen, office, Smart TV and access to the terrace on the upper floor of the house. The property has two full bathrooms in total, a fully equipped independent kitchen with all appliances and dining area. The living room has a 65" Smart TV and air conditioning, the main feature is the beautiful terrace with porch and outdoor garden, where you can have lunch and relax while enjoying the atmosphere of the place and delicious lunches on the barbecue. In addition, the exclusive property has a large games room on the ground floor, equipped with table football and billiards, so you can have fun.
