Las Terrazas Villa 3 is located in an exclusive complex with a golf course in El Salobre and boasts views of the sea and the mountains. The modern, 2-storey house with light-flooded rooms consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, satellite TV and a television. The property also offers a private outdoor area where you can soak up the sun or watch the sun rise in the morning. This includes a garden, terraces (open and covered), a pool and an outdoor shower. Comfortabele en luxe woning
Heerlijk rustig gelegen. Prima locatie om het eiland te verkennen. Dicht bij de snelweg oprit zonder daar geluidshinder van te ondervinden. De villa zelf is keurig en luxueus ingericht. Fantastische bedden en heerlijke badkamer. Het privé zwembad is weliswaar klein maar heerlijk om na een warme dag lekker in af te koelen. Het is mogelijk om de gehele dag ergens rond het huis in de schaduw op een terras te zitten.
