Private garden, it has 2 very spacious bedrooms, each bedroom with a large wardrobe, for 4 people, and two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bathtub on the upper floor and the other with a shower on the ground floor.

Outside there is a large terrace and garden of more than 120 square meters with barbecue and private Jacuzzi with everything you need to enjoy wonderful days in the south of Gran Canaria. Sunbeds and umbrellas available.

The accommodation has Exclusive Wifi and Air Conditioning in all rooms and living room, Led Satellite TV in the living room.

The beds are very comfortable, designed for shared or individual use. Our guests praise our beds and pillows.

All accommodation is fully equipped, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils Satellite TV to watch channels in your own language and bathroom equipped with everything you need.This holiday accommodation is undoubtedly designed for our most demanding guests.

The property is located in Meloneras, in a very quiet area and a few minutes walk to supermarkets, bars or restaurants and to enjoy Spanish cuisine. The popular Meloneras Shopping Center and the beach are just a 2-minute walk away.
