Great villa in perfect location on the beach.
Our family was visiting Grand Canaria and looking for a spot near the beach. This was within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. We really enjoyed the rooftop and the garage to park our car rental. Time restaurant a few doors down was great.

Perfect Location, wonderful roof terrace
Pros: The location of the house was outstanding! There was also enough space for 8 people! The view from the roof terrace was breathtaking and simply beautiful! It was quiet at night and you could sleep well!
We received beach towels and the house has a washing machine and tumble dryer! We had a great stay!
Cons: The downstairs bathrooms were smelly from time to time, the house next door was being remodeled so we had construction noise. Too bad we were not informed of this! Luckily the work started after 8 so we could sleep in and after a day at the beach the workers were gone!

Top Lage, top Aussicht, gute Ausstattung und sauber
Pros: Wir waren eine Gruppe von 4 Paaren und alle hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Dachterasse ist wunderschön. Uns hätte noch ein Tisch gepasst mit einem Sonnenschutz. Die Küche ist eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Es hat auch einen Grill draussen. Die Strandnähe ist perfekt und es hat viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen in der Nähe.
Cons: Der Tisch im Aussenbereich ist etwas klein für 8 Personen. Ansonsten hat es kleinere Renovationsbedürfnisse, die aber weiter nicht stören für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Pros: Huset är lite slitet, men rent och fräscht och allt vi behövde fanns på plats. Vi reste med 4 barn i åldern 2-7 år, och de älskade det. Perfekt med inhängnad uteplats så de kunde springa fritt och gott om leksaker, barnpool, lekhus mm. Läget nära stranden var perfekt!
Vi har även haft mycket bra kommunikation med uthyraren, alltid fått snabbt svar och trevligt bemötande via mailen. Vi kommer att bo här igen om vi åker till Maspalomas igen!
