Renovated fully-equipped independent villa with private plunge pool and covered terrace with wonderful views, located at the foot of the golf course in the private resort Salobre Golf and surrounded by nature, with views of the mountains and the golf course, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.

Located on one of the best golf resorts on the island, with two wonderful golf courses, and only 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Maspalomas, facing southeast with wonderful views. Surrounded by nature, silence and tranquility, it allows a relaxed stay on the best part of the island, very close from its main touristic attractions but without the noise of its streets and commercial areas. It is perfect to spend a holiday enjoying sport activities such as golf, cycling or trekking, or just relaxing with yoga sessions, massages and walks surrounded by nature.

The ground floor consists of a fully-equipped open kitchen, a living room with smart tv, sofa and dining area, a master bedroom and a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a wonderful covered terrace with seating and dining areas and a heated plunge pool with nice views. The first floor consists of a double/triple bedroom, a full bathroom with shower, and a solarium terrace with wonderful views that includes seating and dining areas, outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower.

Top quality materials have been used for its construction. There is free WIFI and air conditioning throughout the villa. It has a private parking space for one vehicle. The golf resort urbanization is private, with continuous surveillance, supermarket, restaurants, and two complete golf courses, with special conditions for the guests of the villa. Access to the motorway is 1 km away and the airport is 30 minutes away.
