House Features:

- Ground Floor: A spacious living room with open plan kitchen that opens onto a lush private garden. Here you can relax in the Jacuzzi (approx. 28º) or enjoy a meal outdoors. The ground floor also has a bathroom complete with shower, washing machine and dishwasher, offering everything you need for a carefree stay.

- Upper Floor: The master bedroom offers a breathtaking view of the Ocean, the Maspalomas lighthouse and the surrounding mountains. A second bathroom with shower and a second bedroom complete the upper floor, providing space and comfort for all guests. Air conditioning is present on both floors for maximum relaxation.

- Private Garden: Perfect for outdoor dining thanks to the warm climate all year round.

- Pool Area of the Complex: A beautiful area where you can sunbathe and relax.

We inform our guests that every Tuesday at 11 a.m. (approximately for one hour), the gardener will be present to take care of the house and garden plants. We apologize for the inconvenience.





Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm. After this time there is a late checkin option (to be confirmed by our staff) of € 35 until 12 pm, and € 50 until 2 am.
