Holiday Villa 'Yucas 14' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

  • Please note: Construction next to the Yucas development causes loud noise, including a hydraulic breaker, until the end of November, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. There is no work or noise on weekends or public holidays, or over Christmas, New Year and Epiphany.



    Yucas Villa 14 is a 2-bedroom holiday villa for up to 4 guests, located in El Salobre Golf Resort. It has a private pool with heating available for an extra fee. This comfortable, luxurious, newly built villa features a modern design and offers a peaceful, enjoyable stay. Amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, tumble dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave and dishwasher, a TV and free Wi-Fi. The terrace has modern furniture, and a barbecue is available.



    There is a supermarket at the entrance to the gated development. Yucas Villa 14 includes private parking for added convenience.



    For bookings of more than 10 nights, cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels is provided. A cot and high chair are available on request for children under 2. The property is in a residential area, so parties and excessive numbers of guests are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors but permitted on the terrace. Pool heating is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.

    Outdoor pool: 6 × 3 m, 1.4 m deep.

Desconexión

Pros: El lugar me encantó. La villa estaba muy bonita ,cuidada ,limpia y en una zona muy tranquila. La cocina estaba muy completa ,no le faltaban detalles como batidora ,cafetera ,etc.. Cons: Principalmente, que tanto para recoger la llave a la hora de llegar como para dejarla a la hora de irnos, tuvimos que dejar el coche fuera de la barrera e ir caminando más d 100 metros y volver ,subiendo una pendiente en plenas horas de calor. Tampoco me gustaron los sartenes parecían nuevos pero eran de muy mala calidad y cuando intentamos hacer de comer en ellos se pegaban los alimentos . Y como sugerencia , en la terraza trasera no hay luz y fué una tarea casi imposible hacer una barbacoa para cenar .
