Relaxation at Pasito Blanco

A charming bungalow in the south of the island, where the temperature is ideal year-round, ranging from 23° to 29°.
Located in an exclusive marina, Pasito Blanco, near Maspalomas and Meloneras.Within the development, there is a small beach within walking distance, as well as a supermarket open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and a restaurant-club with ocean views.
The residential complex where it is located is very quiet and features 10 bungalows. Behind Pasito Blanco lies a golf course called Meloneras Golf, located 100 metres away.
The house has 3 bedrooms, all with king-size beds, and 2 bathrooms with showers; one of them is quite small but is located inside the bedroom.
It features a spacious terrace for enjoying the outdoors. There is a table that seats 6–8 people, where you can enjoy meals sheltered from the sun under a lovely pergola. At the upper end of the terrace is a large sun deck with beautiful views and hammocks for relaxing.

Surroundings: Just a few minutes’ drive away is the famous Maspalomas Beach, with its impressive dunes. There are also all kinds of shopping centers, a casino, and various entertainment areas such as Bulevar Faro and the Meloneras Shopping Centre, which offer a variety of dining options.
There are other nearby beaches offering a wide range of water activities, such as paddleboarding, jet skiing, canoeing, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), which can be rented at a reasonable price. It’s very pleasant to go out for dinner or a drink in the evening; in the south of the island, there are restaurants serving cuisines from various countries:
Greek, Finnish, Chinese, Japanese, French, Indian, etc.

Amenities: The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking—oven, glass-ceramic stove, microwave—as well as the necessary cookware and tableware.
Small appliances are included, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and juicer. If you’re travelling with young children, a foldable cot and high chair are available upon request.
An ironing board, iron, hair dryer, and hair straightener are also available. There is also a rooftop terrace, used as a sun deck, with 4 lounge chairs, a dining table and 4 chairs, a barbecue, and pleasant views. On the upper terrace, inside a cabinet, you’ll find the apartment’s washing machine and water heater.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, including a new, high-quality set of pots and pans, as well as dishes, silverware, and tablecloths.
