Modern house decorated with vintage style with private pool for up to 6 people at Salobre Golf Resort in the sunny south of Gran Canaria. The beautifully furnished villa with terrace and solarium with pool is perfect for enjoying the sun in the south of Gran Canaria. The golf complex is located in a privileged location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes' drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The complex also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.



The house



Upstairs there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the terrace, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.



The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. For entertainment, guests have access to the Internet (WIFI), satellite television.



The outdoor area



In the outdoor area there is plenty of space to relax: whether on the sun loungers on the rooftop terrace, at the dining table on the covered terrace or by the pool. The outdoor area has a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, gas barbecue, garden and private pool with electric pool heating (extra charge).



The fourth bedroom only opens for bookings of more than 6 people.
