★ Elegant and cosy bungalow with a spectacular south-facing private terrace and wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Maspalomas dunes, and the Playa del Inglés skyline.

★ It features a spacious living-dining room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a sink, bidet, toilet, and bathtub.

★ The bungalow is located in a very quiet private complex in La Gloria, a small hill between the heart of Playa del Inglés and San Agustín. The property is personally managed by Bela.

★ The complex offers parking, a tennis court, and a community pool, which is currently under repair. In the meantime, guests have authorised access to a nearby pool.

The Accommodation

★ The bungalow features a spacious living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms.

The living-dining room has air conditioning.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a fan.

The second bedroom has a single bed that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed for two adults. This room has air conditioning and a fan.

In addition, behind the dining table there is a single sofa bed that can be opened up to become two beds, allowing for greater flexibility in the layout of the space during your stay.

The mattresses have been selected for their exceptional comfort, and the beds are equipped with high-quality gel pillows, designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep during your stay.

The closets are equipped with plenty of wooden hangers for guests’ convenience.

Kitchen

★ The kitchen is very well equipped with:

a glass-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.

It also features a plentiful and varied selection of kitchenware, cutlery, dishes, and glassware (water, wine, cocktail, and champagne glasses).

Terrace

★ The spacious, south-facing private terrace enjoys sunshine all day long, from approximately 9–10 a.m. until sunset.

From the terrace, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Maspalomas dunes, and the entire Playa del Inglés skyline, in a peaceful and completely private setting where you can relax and take in the scenery.

It features:

• two lounge chairs for sunbathing
• a large table with six chairs for outdoor dining
• several side tables

It also has two clotheslines with plenty of clothes pegs, very handy after a day at the beach or pool.
