Other things to note
Salobre Golf is a peaceful, residential area, so a hire car is strongly recommended. Maspalomas, Meloneras, beaches, restaurants, and supermarkets are about 10–15 minutes away by car or taxi.

Swimming pool: If you would like to use the heated pool (27 degrees Celsius), please let us know in advance, as the system takes approximately 3 days to fully heat the water. This service incurs an additional charge of €20 per day.

House Rules: Parties and excessive or disruptive noise are not permitted between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Events and rentals of the villa for family or friends are also prohibited. The villa is exclusively for holiday rentals for those seeking peace and quiet, and guests are expected to take good care of the furnishings. Please inform us in advance of the number of guests and their contact information.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted, as the odour permeates the furnishings.
