- Independent house 100 meters from the beach, with heated and private pool, barbecue area, terraces, air-conditioned lounge and various leisure spaces. On the ground floor there are 3 exterior double rooms with double glazed windows, two of them with bathroom en suite. On the upper floor we have a room with two single beds, which is next to a bathroom, another large room with double size bed and bathroom ensuite, and separately, a 6th. bedroom with a sloping roof with 3 beds of 90cm, available under request. 6 bathrooms in total that offer hot tub in the main one and two hydromassage showers. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and utensils. Dinning room. Laundry room with washer and dryer. International channels, including SKY sports and Netflix. Towels and bed linen are provided. Billiards. 4 bicycles. Wide spaces. Ideal for athletes and families. Next to the promenade.
Swimming pool heating fee: 100eur/week.
