After checkin, I found out the EV charging wasn’t working. I had to look for other accommodation, and resolved for getting a refund. Very inconvenient, hotel management should look after the facility maintenance. The customer front facing agent should learn how to listen to customer’s needs instead of giving excuses or talking back.

The room was a good size for four people. However, the minute we walked in the room, it smelt like dirty cat litter. We toughed it out because we were only staying one night and it was a festival weekend so obviously we weren’t gonna get another room since it was booked out as was every other hotel in the relevant area. Sad to have spent so much money but close enough for convenience to the NOS Center.

Arrived there on time. Staff was friendly no issues checking in My first room they gave me smelled really bad like booze and a chicks perfume. Called into they switched my room. Beds are really hard and the fridge was really loud. Also you can see all the light and noise from the hall way.

When I checked in I was told the manager gave me a free upgrade. I was happy about that, the room was BIG. And clean. I did not have any problems or complaints before check in, I guess the manager was just being nice, I certainly appreciated it! The staff was nice the whole time too. But FYI the walls a very thin. In the morning the people next door to me like to sing in the shower, it was like being in the room with them. I was done sleeping so it was funny to me but if you can hear people singing in the shower you can hear everything else too. But that was the only time I heard them. The room at night was quiet and I slept fine. There was a problem with the hot water in the morning, I guess they had to relight the broiler or something I don't know, but after I called them the water did heat up, they were right on it and fixed it right away, and in about 10 min the water was very hot. They also have a Stater Brothers grocery store right across the street and that was convenient. The neighborhood appeared to be very clean, quiet and close to the freeways. There is also a restaurant on the corner in walking distance too.
