The Hosteria Nordico Lake has a magnific view on the Nahuel Huapi Lake and it is close to Bariloche downtown. Staff was amazing helping me and my mother with baggage and other stuff. Always very helpful! The rooms need some upgrade and carpets downstairs need to be cleaned. This hosteria can be challenging for seniors, we had stairs (no elevator) to go to our bedroom and some degree of difficulty, even inside the bedroom where there is a step hard to see. It can be a good choice for young people.

The staff and hotel are actually great. But you need to be aware you can literally hear everything that is happening in the hotel while there. It's not like it's a party hotel at all. But, it's loud. If you are coming off a long flight from somewhere far away and are not ready to only be able to sleep from 11pm-6am, which I was not, you are in for some rough sleep. I had a horrible experience getting here, again, not anything on the hotel. But I needed rest, and did not get it. The staff were excellent and it's a unique hotel with amazing views and an absolutely great location. I would simply warn anyone who is a light sleeper. This place is not for you. If you can handle some or a lot of noise. Not a bad option at all.

This property was dirty. The carpet was worn, old and stained. It was covered with dirt and hair. There was no hot water. None of us could shower. I demand a full refund.

The property is about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area which you do have to walk along a busy road and construction. Being used to walking around NYC I didn't mind personally. There is a bus stop a few meters out front which is helpful. The staff is very helpful and use google translate if your spanish isn't the best. The room was spotless and the hotel itself was very peaceful and relaxing. Prior to arrival the hotel provided information on travel/excursion agency and taxi service via whatsapp which was helpful.

The view from the dining room and my room was amazing! The staff was nice and responsive. However, they were not so diligent. When I got there, the shower was not working, the heat was blasting. This stuff should be checked before a guest arrives. But they fixed these issues when I asked. They got a plumber the next day to fix the shower. And they turned down the heat. There was also a raised platform that was a tripping hazard on the way from the bathroom to the bed. They should have had nightlights to show that when the room is dark. The breakfast didn't have great gluten-free options the first morning I was there, but that's pretty common for hotel breakfasts in Argentina. They got chipas for the days later so it was ok. The place was generally shabby but clean. My bag was heavy and I stupidly didn't realize there was no elevator, so I asked for help and was given assistance.

O apto em si é bom, tem uma linda vista, porém a estrutura do hotel não tem uma boa acústica, da pra escutar pessoas subindo e descendo as escadas, conversando no quarto ao lado e, no de cima, o barulho das pessoas andando e usando o banheiro. Não achei um bom custo benefício. Não voltaria.

Estadia sofrível.

Banheiro não é aquecido. Hotel não tem maquina pra passar cartão. O café da manhã é péssimo. A única coisa boa é a vista do local que é maravilhosa.

bonitinha por fora , vista do lago ótima, só isso de bom. café da manhã fraquíssimo, não tinha quase nada, suco é refrigerante, 4 diárias e só 1 dia de limpeza de mentira , sujo , não troca lençol, papel higiênico não repõe , só se pedir, água acabou num gelo de noite no meio do banho , problemas com bomba, nem avisaram antes, manutenção péssima, tudo velho e sem conserto, só 2 meninas pra revezar e cuidar , meia noite até de manhã fica vazio, sem funcionário . A menina q limpa q chama mucama , é a mesma q coloca o café , q louco e sujo isso e coitada dela , Limpeza só depois q ela acabar ode colocar o café até o último hóspede . Comunicação por zap porém não resolviam o q pedia -se, engano se hospedar lá
