Breakfast could be a little bit better No too much variety, there was just scramble eggs ( not too good, a little bit gooey), the orange juice taste terrible The staff great, pool and hot tub 10 points, very nice During the day the room was too hot, no a/c I would rate it in general 8 out 10 Will come back

Lower mid-range stay. The WiFi was terribly slow. Pool is only open from 1:30-8:30pm so I didn’t get to use it- a major reason I booked the place. Room is a little old, but clean. Not the worst experience but I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

O hotel é bem localizado. Muito barulho dentro e fora do hotel. Parecia que tinha uma obra no hotel e começava bem cedo e durava até a noite.

O hotel tem serviço de camareira, mas só arruma a cama e troca as toalhas. Não limpa o sanitário nem varre e nem limpa o chão. O café é bem fraco e é servido em porções limitadas e racionadas pelos funcionários. Não há pão fresco, só pão de forma dormido. Poucas frutas. O jantar servido custe $32.000 e não vale a oena.

Hotel mediano. O ponto alto era a localização. Atrás da rua Mitre, fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas, mercados e pontos turísticos. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. ficamos 6 diárias e o café da manhã foi igual em todos os dias, muito básico sem variedades e opções, além de não ser autosserviço, tem garçons a quem você precisa ficar pedindo o que quer e a quantidade. Também não tinha a placa de não pertube na porta para os dias que você não quisessem que arrumassem o quarto. Check-out muito rápido.

O atendimento da recepção durante o dia foi péssimo, demonstrando desorganização e falta de cordialidade. À noite, o atendimento foi mais educado e atencioso. A recepção diurna realizou cobrança de uma estadia que já estava paga. O segundo quarto da reserva acabou se sentindo constrangido e efetuou o pagamento indevidamente. Posteriormente, precisei apresentar o recibo para que a cobrança no cartão de crédito fosse cancelada. A reserva era para dois quartos idênticos, mas um foi bem inferior do contratado. Foi entregue controle da TV na entrada e exigido ao final, me senti novamente desconfortável. No banheiro os sabonetes estavam abertos, fora de pacote. Pareciam usados. Além disso, o hotel não dispunha de itens básicos, como taças para vinho e abridor. Não recomendo.
