Lovely for a couple of nights

Nice warm hotel. The rooms are a little small but cute, it's close enough to the main strip but far enough to not encounter any noise. The hotel has this slightly retro decor. That main stand out point goes to the service of the staff, as they were all lovely. If we had any enquiries they were not short in helping us.

Great guesthouse and a fantastic host!

Fantastic stay at Kospi. The host was super accommodating and helpful in every way possible. The guesthouse has a nice common area and kitchen that is very homey, and the room was cozy and clean. Again, can’t speak highly enough of the host and his hospitality. Also a couple great restaurants within just a couple blocks. We walked from the bus terminal to arrive and then also walked into the center of town most days.

Our stay at Kospi was great! The guest house is comfortable and welcoming. Juan and Jose both go above and beyond to make sure your stay in Bariloche is all you want it to be, from helping plan bus routes, to hike recommendations, to where to eat, they both were eager to help. The shared kitchen is great -- plenty of space and a good way to chat with other guests. We opted for breakfast and it was delicious! Homemade breads and jams, fruit, coffee, and more. I cannot say enough good things about Kospi. Highly recommended!

Juan and Jose treated us like old friends. They helped us organise activities for our stay, including booking a “7 Lagos” tour, which I highly recommend. They also helped us figure out the local bus network. The room is a little on the small side but is comfortable nonetheless and the breakfast is one of the best we had on our travels.

This place was lovely! Very safe. Very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants. It was like a grown up hostel. Private rooms and bathrooms but still great common areas to hang out and mingle. It’s easy to be on your own or be sociable.

Great place, helpful staff.

Juan the owner was incredibly helpful. Not only with advise about walks and places to visit, but even for things after I left. Would even come in on his evenings off to help out. This is the sort of device you don’t get in big hotels or hostels. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. It’s only 5 minutes walk to the town centre. They are constantly doing improvements, so this place will only get better and would love to visit again.

Great stay at Kospi. Juan was very friendly and knowledgeable of local area since he and his family have lived there for several generations. House has a lot of charm and was perfectly clean. Neighbor take away store had really good food.

Excellent value for money

The house ambiance is comfy and we felt at home. Our host was very helpful contacting us upon receiving the reservation and providing info on available excursions suitable for the weather on the region and useful tips. He also coordinated transportation from and to the airport. Breakfast was good. The only reason we did not rated 5 on all items was because the bathroom door made an obnoxious sound that woke up the other occupants of the bedroom at night.

Wonderful and very helpful hosts

Hosts Lucia and Juan could not have done more for us - but they did. We were warmly welcomed, Juan spent over and hour helping us with tourist information and even helped arrange reasonably priced laundry. They altered breakfast serving time to fit our schedule. Breakfast was quite adequate, with homemade cakes and bread. Room and bathroom were spotless. We knew from the internet they would be very small but we managed. Other guests were interesting, international and appeared to be happy here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
