The pool staff was excellent except for one staffer who was more worried about the main boss who was observing the grounds. He was so nervous telling us we need to lower our voices. It was uncalled for as the resort was empty. The restaurant always tried to accommodate us having a large group. The room service was excellent.

Rooms were clean and very nice and spacious but the pool was dirty. Liked it because it was kid friendly but some of the staff was very rude especially in the hotels. One bad experience was at the melting pot restaurant where the server and the chef were very opinionated and also made fun of the guests, just because we said the food was terrible there. The front desk was very slow in service and took 2 hours for us to check into our room. My kids did not get the room they were supposed to and had to make do as we were only there for 3 nights. The pool had a lot of feathers coming out of the blue bulb so not sure if there were birds under the blob. Some staff were very good like Maria and a few others. But for the most part not somewhere I would go again
