San Carlos Holidays

My wife and I stayed at the resort for four nights in July to celebrate her birthday and our anniversary. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt it was an excellent value. We were able to access the hotel's app about a week before our arrival. I initially had some trouble logging in, but customer service was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend downloading the app and making restaurant reservations as soon as they become available, as the à la carte restaurants fill up quickly. The only restaurant we were unable to try was the Rodizio, as we didn't realize it was only open on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Every other à la carte restaurant we visited was excellent, with great food and outstanding service. The staff throughout the resort were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The beach area was beautiful, although we were unable to swim due to a large number of jellyfish in the water during our stay. We spent most of our days at the party pool, which had a fun atmosphere and offered plenty of entertainment throughout the day. While the resort had a few minor cosmetic imperfections, they did not change our overall experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, felt it offered excellent value for the price, and would definitely recommend it to others..

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rui Palace Macao-Adults Only-All Inclusive. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. There were plenty of excursions and activities to choose from, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and create memorable experiences. The only area I feel could use improvement is the elevator situation. The elevators had poor ventilation, and they were not always working properly. During my stay, one elevator was out of order, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this resort. With some improvements to the elevators, it would make an already enjoyable stay even better.

The property is stunning, elegant, and very well maintained, with wonderful service, gorgeous surroundings, and a peaceful yet luxurious atmosphere. It is a perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with family. The only suggestion I would make is to include more vegetarian meal options in the restaurants, especially dishes with plant-based protein. That would make the dining experience even more inclusive and complete. Overall, a wonderful stay and a place I would happily recommend.

A good relaxing vacation. Not too crowded and great food.

Everything was great, not sure why I had diarrhea the whole trip tho. Some say because I used it to brush my teeth, others say it was probably unfiltered ice.
