"Fui en familia, nos encantó todo. El hotel tiene un concepto moderno y cuidan los detalles en todo a su alrededor. El servicio es excelente, todo el equipo nos apoyó en lo que necesitábamos. Rafaella y Marco gentilmente resolvieron nuestras dudas. Su opcion de desayuno es excelente, si les gusta lo fresco, sano y natural. El metro está justo frente a el hotel y las camas son cómodas. Lo recomendaría y repetiría mi estadía. 100 puntos!!!"

"HU was great. Florence is a beautiful but it is a zoo. It was nice to stay at HU away from the crowds. We drove from Sienna and were able to check in early. Our cabin was lovely. The pizza at the restaurant was some of the best we had in Italy. The 14 bus (14A on the ride back) was only a 20 min. ride. My kids loved the pools way more than the Uffizi. Wish we had more time to lounge by the pools. It was nice to see how Europeans vacation."

"Our room was beautiful and chic. Overall the hotel was very quiet and accommodating. The sister hotel where the Meze bar was amazing (Great Service from Bruno and the crew) and the Angel Rooftop restaurant was outstanding. We will definitely be staying there again during our next trip to Florence. "
