This was an incredible location, close to Santa Crocce and the Duomo. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and Fulvio was helpful, quick to respond to messages and very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here! Just a heads up, you will have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs, but it was worth it!

This was the best hotel we stayed out of 5 different ones across Italy. Fulvio was so amazing at welcoming us and went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay outstanding! He helped carry our luggage, delivered wine and treats to our room and made sure we had a taxi when we had to leave. He made our stay exceptional! The room was very clean and beyond spacious and comfortable.

This was a fantastic, large comfortable room in the middle of Florence. Our host Fulvio was very responsive and helped us with a late check in. The room itself was clean and well maintained, couldn't have asked for more.

This was such a great find in Florence! Fulvio was so very kind and helpful the whole time. The room was clean, charming, comfortable and large (especially for Europe). The location was perfect, easy to get everywhere, but safe and quiet. I would absolutely stay here again!

The Guest services provided at this Guest house are top notch.We were spoiled upon arrival and it didn’t stop till we left .Honestly I don’t want to leave this review due to selfishly wanting to make sure it’s available upon my return. Fulvio is the charm and backbone here - he’s charming, informative and gracious. Fulvio felt more like family than the house concierge. It’s because of him we cant wait to return to florence. The best restaurant recommendations. He knows his stuff sending us to place’s he takes his own family .the minute we arrived from a stressed Rome train he had us at ease, the switch was real and welcomed. The rooms are stunning, and comfortable, the only complaint would be the pillows( flat hard)an upgrade here and you have perfection ~but it’s a small minor issue and personal preference. Its beyond perfectly located for all your needs and sightseeing. Well done Nove bueno!!!!

Perfect location , easy to get everywhere ! Flavio was one of the best hosts we’ve ever met. Extremely helpful and such a pleasant and kind person and was always available to help . We stayed for 5 days and rented 2 rooms for our family of 5. Definitely going back !

Our stay was incredible. Fulvio was an incredible host and exceeded our expectations. He was so accommodating with our need for an additional night and we were always met with kindness. The room was always clean, Fulvio was accessible for anything we needed. The property is in a great spot in Florence and we were so grateful to be staying here. The room was the wonder and a pretty big space. We hope to be coming back and booking here again.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. From the beginning, this place exhibits what pinnacle of hospitality should be. Fulvio is a kind host who is available to help with a smile on his face. Other staff members are also kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and gifted a bottle of wine and location is prime. I’d come stay here again and recommend others to do the same.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. This property was perfect in every way! Fantastic location . Everything from restaurants, museums, shopping, and more are all in walking distance. The place was spotless and beautiful inside . We were welcomed with a sweet note and bottle of wine . The host couldn’t have been any more helpful ! I’ve been coming to Italy for years and this was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

Incredible stay at Nove Guest house! I strongly recommend! No negative points. Excellent room, the hotel has great facilities and a great location. Everything is super close and you can easily walk to all the main spots in the city in a short time. Also, there are no words to describe how amazing Fulvio was! He gave us such a incredible welcome and was always ready to help out and share great tips during our stay.
