The people who work at this hotel make it even more beautiful and inviting. My husband and I only stayed one night before heading to a wedding outside of the city and the staff at the front desk, concierge, and restaurant were incredibly accommodating and nice. Thank you Max the GM to make our stay special. The hotel it self looks amazing and the pool it worth to try. Staff are very friendly and the food at the hotel was super delicious. Just the cleaning the room could be better.

No Is a centric hotel, close to everything with historic importance, very friendly staff, authentic intención to help. The property was a house for the Medici family.
