Our experience was excellent!All the hotel staff were smiling and helpful and eager to serve us and offer us a pleasant stay.The room was clean,tidy and always warm,with plenty of hot water at any time of the day.The breakfast was delicious,with good coffee and a variety of pastries.Also,the location of the hotel was extremely convenient,as well as the fact that it has an underground parking.This hotel respects every customer and it provides a good and pleasant stay.

I selected this hotel for its grandeur and alpine experience. It was a pleasure to walk around the hotel, and sit in the window nooks. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean and modern. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the train station. It is manageable as there is no bus or taxi in the area. I would highly recommend this place. Small family hotel but very nice and very clean.
