Il profumo dei Colori is a classically vaulted vacation apartment 5 minutes from Lecce, in the historic center of San Cesario di Lecce.

traditional star vaults that give natural freshness to the dwelling.
The interiors consist of a living room with a double sofa bed, an eat-in kitchen, 2 double bedrooms,
1 bathroom with shower and a small inner courtyard where you can have
breakfast al fresco and prepare barbecues at the barbecue.
From the courtyard, there is also access to a garage where parking space is available.
In
one of the two double bedrooms there is a small 2 kw air conditioner.
Although the apartment does not have air conditioning in every room, it
is very cool and airy, being on the corner of two streets.

Il profumo dei Colori is located in the historic center of San Cesario
di Lecce, a small and charming village with all amenities, just 4 km
from Lecce.
The solution is perfect both for exploring the Baroque
city and for reaching the beaches of Salento, both on the Ionian and
Adriatic coasts.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 25 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
  - Heating is with a wood-burning stove in the living room and electric stoves in the bedrooms.
