Near Beach Condo

Welcome to San Clemente, the Spanish Village by the Sea!
This ocean view property is a few minutes walk to the pier; beaches and a 5 min. walk to charming downtown. You will find amazing restaurants, wine bars and excellent shopping. Every Sunday, there is a Farmers Market. The first Sunday of every month, features an Art & Craft fair. All for your enjoyment!

Our beaches are famous for surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, & swimming. The beach trail is excellent for a nice morning run.
The space
This Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2-bath upper unit condo features two spacious balconies. One with an ocean view! Very spacious and open floor plan, with high ceilings. Cozy fireplace in living room. Comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room for table games and other entertainment.
The Master Bedroom features:
Cal King sized bed, walk in closet, dresser, chest and 32” TV, private bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a private balcony.
Second Bedroom features:
Queen sized bed, large closet, and dresser.
Third Bedroom features:
Two twin beds, with a nightstand with drawers for your use and a luggage rack.
The 2 bedrooms share a convenient full bathroom across the hallway.
Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils. Enjoy the brand new dining area table, with seating for 6.

The apartment was great. It was clean, comfortable, and had a nice beachy vibe and color. The beach itself was only a very short walk down the hill. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch to relax, where you could see the ocean in the distance. Overall, we would love to make this place our go-to place when we come down to San Clemente from the Bay Area.

The property is very nice and well equipped , with a limited view of the ocean. My family did find that some of the neighbors were a little loud at times, although this is not a deal changer.

Wonderful stay!

The property was great! It was big, very clean and walkable to both the beach and restaurants! We loved walking to the coffee shop near the pier every morning. The host was easy to get in touch with and sent easy check in instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Best Stay Ever!

Condo was spotless, it had all the amenities that were on the listing, everything worked. Communication with renter was easy and she replied right away. You could not ask for a better location, less than 5-minute walk to the beach/pier, and about the same to main street shopping. Cannot say enough about how clean and nice the condo was, it was cozy and made us feel like we were at home.Will look for this again next time we come to town.

It's always important that a property is actually as advertised, and this home was clean, well equipped, close to the beach, and had additional features such as artwork that made it feel like home. The host also added some thoughtful touches such as laundry supplies, and some snacks.

Spring Family Trip

My Husband and two teenage kids took our spring break vacation to San Clemente and absolutely fell in love! This condo was the perfect place for us to stay in between our many day trips to Disney, San Diego, La Jolly. The beach, all the shops, restaurants and the pier made our trip absolutely perfect. Family Wedding

The property was perfect for all 6 of us. Great location to restaurants and the beach. The Condo was extremely clean and Lilly was quick to respond if I had a question. The evenings were cool so no need for air conditioning. All the windows have screens so we enjoyed the ocean breezes . Would definitely stay there again when visiting.

Great location, great property

First off, the property manager is absolutely wonderful and very responsive. The location is fantastic... a six-minute walk to the beach? YES, PLEASE! All of the appliances were in perfect working order. Property was very clean and the layout of the rooms was great. Appreciated having garages to park in. No a/c but the fans installed in the rooms and the portable fans were more than able to keep us cool - there is a fantastically cool ocean breeze that comes in the west-facing screen door. Neighborhood felt safe. Neighbors were really nice. Would 100% stay here again!

Absolutely amazing

This was by far our best rental in the coastal cities in 5 years. Everything about this property was exceptional- the hostess was so kind and available. The garage spaces were so nice to have- very clean and easy to access. The unit itself was so incredibly clean- all of the items in it were very nice- not the typical cheap rental stuff- nice dishes and silverware, quiet dishwasher- full size refrigerator and soft, sturdy towels. Very short walking distance to beach and shops- the free trolley is a huge bonus. There are two nice balconies- the back one is a little less desirable than the one off the bedroom, but still nice. We were here for our annual sisters’ trip, and we go to a different city each year- this is our favorite rental of all that we’ve tried. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be back soon.
