As soon as we walked in the first thing I noticed was how clean the room was. Restroom and shower equally clean! Looked like the place went through a recent remodel so it was a great place to stay. I will be coming back.

Great little motel
Beautifully renovated motel. Extremely clean and tidy. Very nice and helpful owners. Our room was by the road but we slept really well .... the bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable too. Would stsy again.

The room was clean with fresh towels, ready for our stay. Nice little front area with synthetic grass and a few chairs. Air conditioning was a nice plus for this warm weekend.

the property was nice and staff was very hospitable and friendly but the worst bathroom. The shower head was below drain as a result water did not go down and you ended up washing in your own pile of water. Nasty, I did not want a bath. Either moved the shower head for easy flow or move the drain.

We had a wonderful stay and it was a great value! The front desk staff were so polite and helpful, they offered us snacks and gave us a wonderful recommendation for dinner. Our room was clean, well stocked, and had a really cute theme. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the downtown area with tons of cool shops and restaurants. We slept well and check out was a breeze.

Perfect Cali beach style Inn right near beaches
Updated, very affordable, clean, and comfortable room. If you’re looking for a no frills Cali beach motel/inn style room because you plan on spending the day outside of it - this one delivers and hits all the marks especially for the price point. What is provided, is on target. Communal kitchen was more than adequate. Owners and staff were very helpful, some of the best service ever. They even called the day after checkout to let me know a room had become available after I inquired earlier in the day about extending my stay.

Very friendly and attentive front desk staff. The room is very simple but it met my needs. Perfect location to downtown San Clemente and the beach. My Uber driver said these units were recently renovated and I think the new owners did a great job. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little inn
This cute little inn is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owners are lovely, very personable and welcoming. I will definitely be booking again when I return.

Check-in was fast and easy - staff/owner was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and recently updated. We didn't need anything fancy - just a safe, quick, overnight stay and this definitely worked! Although we didn't stay long, I'm sure we would have taken advantage of the restaurants/shops within walking distance.

Nice little motel surprised me, very nice
The only problem, no ice machine, no vending machines. You have to drive for snacks.

We did not enjoy this stay, whatsoever. We were so disappointed with the condition of the room and bathroom that we tried to cancel the reservation and obtain a refund, but neither hotels.com nor the hotel itself would refund us. We had gone to the beach for most of the day and wanted to get to our room and shower. The room itself was no frills, but the kicker was finding someone else's hair in the sheets. I'm not convinced that the room was thoroughly cleaned. We took a chance and proceeded to use the shower, which turned out to be a terrible decision. The drain was not working, so the dirty water, and who knows what else, was just sitting there while we showered. I worse sandals, but the water rose above the height my sandals. We we're so grossed out with the room that we decided to go to dinner and a movie in order to spend the least amount of time in this room. Needless to say, we were really disappointed in how this was handled.

I can see how this would serve the purpose of crashing for a night but not staying. The parking is bad and mold is just eating the building. The mini blinds were broke meeting anyone could see in, so I had to use the bedspread to cover the window for privacy. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work so when I took a shower I had to open the window, and right outside my window stacked all the way to the base of my window with piles of trash bags. I looked as best as I could and what I saw was trash stacked up and extending down the wall of the building, behind the building. No do not disturb sign and the maid just shows up and opens the door, or hits the door Black dirt Mark and sheets and towels One plastic clothes hanger The freezer was in such bad need of defrosting there was only a small hole that was usable The room and the property looks nothing like the pictures. When you look at the pictures imagine them with 30 to 40 years wear and tear The TV was good it looks new! Definitely the High Point. The room had a child like cubbies to store your things. Even the deluxe model didn’t have a place for a suitcase or travel bags No ice Tiny old microwave located outside in the common area

I already reviewed this place it had cockroaches greeting me in the morning and dirty bedding it might be ok in summer for surfing but I wouldn’t take a women here . They still haven’t refunded the security deposit after7 dats after checkout .
