"We stayed at the Calafia Inn because of the proximity to a wedding reception nearby at the La Ventura. The staff was friendly, and the hotel itself was charming, clean and unique in character with attention to detail. There is not a coffee pot in the room nor is there a microwave, but there is a kitchen with some appliances. For coffee I would liked to have other options besides Keurig pods. The TV seems to be set a certain level so noise from an adjacent room will not be an issue. As other reviewers have noted, parking is tight but feels secure. Overall, I highly recommend the Calafia Inn if passing through San Clemente. Also, if looking for food try Hapa J Hawaiian food down the street."
