Brand new penthouse in the historic center

  • Newly renovated penthouse in the historic center of La Laguna. In front of the Church of La Concepción with views of the tower. On the ground floor it has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace. Going up the stairs you access the attic bedroom with a bed of 1.50 m. You can walk to all points of interest in the city because it is in the center.

    Recently remodeled penthouse apartment right in the city old town. It is in front of the Iglesia de la Concepcion and has a terrace with nice views to the church's tower. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are in the first floor, while the main bedroom is upstairs (Bed is 1. 50 m wide). All the town's points of interest are within walking distance.
