"Staff was accommodating and helpful. Would recommend taking a hand towel and wash clothes. Also any additional towels you need. Showers were not exactly what we were expecting. Complimentary breakfast was OK but was exactly the same each day. Wished they had switched fruits and juices at least some. Was a great value for what we paid. Was in a very safe area with nice restaurants within walking distance."

"No AC, loud noises from street (lots of motorcycles), loud music from lobby (karaoke machine?), bed with no blanket (only top sheet), and bathroom out of TP and paper towels. However, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. Decent storage in room closet. Area is secure (garage door and front door locked at night). Had a private room for 4 and it did the trick for a 1 night stay before early flight but otherwise would be rough. "

"So nice to have just a quick ride to the hotel from the airport instead of sitting in traffic. The room was very clean and I love the smell of the amenities that they have in the bathroom. The breakfast was surprisingly full of variety and one gentleman who worked the breakfast was warm, helpful and provided a few things that were not out on the tables. Will definitely stay here again should the need to stay close to the airport arise again."

The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and has such a distinctive Costa Rican character. I loved the beauty, tranquility, and attention to detail throughout the property. The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for at every turn. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and accommodating. I travel extensively and have stayed at hotels and resorts around the world, so I recognize exceptional hospitality when I experience it. Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belén absolutely delivered. There was honestly nothing for me to complain about. Everything was extraordinary! I left relaxed, refreshed, completely satisfied, and with wonderful memories of Costa Rica. This is a property I would gladly visit again and recommend without hesitation. Five stars all the way!
