The DEXTRO Little Italy, BW Premier Collection
The bathroom tub was very dirty and had a stain on the tub. We also had a bay view with a balcony. The balcony is a very misleading title

The Sofia Hotel
We were greeted by the younger Scott working the front desk and he was very friendly. He helped us get our parking and room set up. We liked the room and loved the walk in shower. Sentral Gaslamp Quarter
The room was not as clean is I had expected based on the reviews. I had requested extra towels and no one delivered them nor did I get an acknowledgment on the request.
