"Staff really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is very convenient. We ended up taking the bus to and from the airport and hotel. The Gaslamp district is a quick walk and so was the waterfront. If you can, you should take the free walking tour and then.give her a good tip. We learned.a lot of San Diego history. I had no idea Wyatt Earp had a poker hall there, nor that Charles Lindburg stayed at the WMCA just down the street while he built the Spirit of St Louis.
The Nespresso machine in the room was very nice too.
We also enjoyed the free bikes and rode them to Balboa Park."
"The hotel is being renovated but it was clean and quiet for the most part. The front desk was very polite. My room was clean and I loved the view from my room. I would definitely stay again. "
"The staff were really friendly and helpful, ordering taxis for me and giving recommendations.
The rooms are really spacious and provide a good workspace if you need to work from your room or in the public areas. The wifi was decent enough for video calls.
I slept great in the comfortable bed and the rooms are so quiet, I never heard anyone else walk past or in other rooms. I'm usually a very light sleeper."
"The staff was friendly and polite. The area is beautiful to walk around. My only complaint would be the noisy air conditioner and the elevators that were in repair."
