"We were in town for a concert with our teen daughter and her teenage friends. They loved the experience at the Hard Rock Hotel. The decor made them feel like it was a rock & roll weekend. The only small issue was the parking but we got it worked out. We would stay again. "

"Very convenient location for our cruise. Room was kind of old. We had a leak in the air conditioner vent but they came promptly to fix. Then a leak over the sink. "

"Room had smell of mold. Found some mold in the bathroom shower. Air Conditioning kept shutting off and room got hot and could not sleep well at night. Shower handle old and hard to find between hor and cold. After a shower, water leaked out of faulty glass gasket and there was a big puddle of water on the floor. "

"We parked valet and it was easy and convenient to get our vehicle when needed. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff was super friendly. Downside for me there was no place in the hotel where I could get replacement toiletries like other hotels might have, had to walk down to convenience store at night for pain medication, however, this was not too inconvenient and I enjoyed the cool night walk. Kids loved to look out the window and see the ocean. Within walking distance to many places to eat, including Little Italy. Also walking distance to the ships and pier. Overall, great place to stay. Would stay again."
