  • Amazing remodeled Beach Bungalow with brand new air conditioning!! Only 40 steps from the beach, enjoy the third-story rooftop patio with 360 view including Pacific Beach, La Jolla and the bay. Take it all in as you cook on your outdoor gas barbecue.
    Steps away from beautiful Mission Beach and close to the bay. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have queen-sized beds. New sectional couch with pull out sleeper. New stainless steel appliances. Large new 55" 4K TV in living room, TV's in each bedroom. Washer dryer in unit. New high end stone counter top through out. Free wireless high speed internet. There is designated parking in the garage directly next to the unit. DOGS ARE PERMITTED w/ Owner approval (a pet fee is charged). Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, cups wine glasses, etc... well stocked. Best location because we are one house from boardwalk so you get the views without the massive number of people walking in front of your home. Steps away from the bayside. Stroll down to Belmont Park, Mission Beach's amusement park full of Fun and activities for all. Also very close to restaurants, bars, shops and the Crystal Pier. Best value in San Diego's beautiful Mission / Pacific Beach.
