Unit comes with 1 car garage and 1 assigned parking space behind garage. Unit is within a small, gated complex ideal for a quiet family vacation! Excellent location within walking distance to the Catamaran hotel, bars, restaurants, and Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach.
Interior upgrades include new carpet in bedrooms, ceiling fans in bedrooms, ceramic plank tile flooring throughout the living areas, central A/C and heating, dual paned windows, quartz countertops in kitchen, new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances and new furnishings!
Each of the 3-bedrooms include a comfy king size bed. Wake up in the large master suite with direct views of the beach. There is a separate laundry room consisting of a full size washer and dryer.
For parking, use the 1 car garage and the additional assigned parking space behind garage. H:7' W:8' L:19' San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small.

The beach view was the best thing about the property. The kitchen was fully stocked. However, the property is outdated; definitely not 'luxury.' The rug in the living area is very dirty as are the common areas. The condo and furniture need a thorough cleaning and updating. We 3 older girls have rented many VRBO locations especially beachside and this was our least favorite. Driveway/garage are difficult for anything larger than a small vehicle; impossible for larger vehicle and no parking outside garage allowed. Property managers were responsive to questions.
